Ophthalmology is the medical practice of treating diseases and problems related to the eye. When treating conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, cornea disorders and eye infections, Capitol Hill clinic / Hospital’s ophthalmology specialists strive to provide the most comprehensive and compassionate care possible.

Capitol Hill clinic / Hospital has many experienced and certified Ophthalmologist. They are specially trained to treat visual problems, disorders of the eyelids, and ocular surface diseases, as well as perform cataract evaluations, glaucoma workups, and screening for ocular side effects of systemic diseases and medication.

They also provide complete routine eye exams and refractions for those ages 12 and up. We have more than four fully equipped lanes with outstanding slit lamps, indirect ophthalmoscopes, and workstations for our physicians and optometrist.

Our ophthalmology outpatient department runs multiple general sessions every day. The service also provides clinics for diabetes, paediatrics, corneal and retinal patients. Our goal is to preserve and restore vision through excellence in provision of eye care services, medical education, and clinical research.
Our facilities allow for the dedicated treatment of a variety of eye conditions, including: Cataracts • Glaucoma • Diabetic Retinopathy • Macular Degeneration and a host of related eye diseases.
