Who are we: Overview

Capitol Hill Hospital Warri is licensed by the Delta State Ministry of Health and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission Nigeria. Established in 1996 by Dr. Lucky Okparanyote, MBBS, MPH, DOccMed, DFM, FRSPH, a medical practitioner with over 30 years of experience.

He pursued his tertiary education at the renowned University of Benin, Benin City, graduating with an M.B.B.S. in 1985 and earning a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) in 2005. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a CPD Certificate in Occupational Medicine from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2012, followed by a Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed) from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of London in 2014. Additionally, he achieved a Diploma in Family Medicine from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in 2015 and is currently dedicated to pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Health.
